Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, Mails 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction 
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication 
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas 
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution 
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents 
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies 
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Locations : New Delhi – Chhatarpur (South Delhi)
Working Days : 6 days (On-Site)

Qualifications

Any Bachelor’s degree
 
• Previous experience of 1 to 3 years  in Customer Service, preferably in an E-Commerce or Retail background if any.
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in order processing systems.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website navigation.
• Basic understanding of product features and specifications.
• Availability to work flexible hours, as required.

Job Nature: Full-time role; Permanent.
Work experience: 1 to 3 years
Working days: Monday - Saturday
Work timings: 10 am to 7 pm
