Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our business operations by:
1. Assisting with modelling scenario-based business plans, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes.
2. Performing financial analysis and financial modelling.
3. Helping prepare and publish monthly reports and analytics for the business.
4. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
5. Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
6. Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in financial data sets.
7. Working with management to prioritize business and information needs.
8. Developing and tracking cross-company efforts to improve gross margin and cash flow.
Required Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Effective Communication
- English Proficiency (Spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI, R Programming, and Tableau
